congratulations to our Scholarship recipients!

2025 Scholarship Recipient:

Dante Heffron

Dante graduated from Hanover High School where he excelled as a musician. Dante was Hanover High's drum major and participated in many musical ensembles including competitive honor bands. Dante is pursuing music composition at University of South Carolina. Dante loves music and encourages everyone to pursue their dreams. Advice he would give to anyone picking up an instrument for the first time: “Find more time to do what you love. Always find more time to practice. Work hard but be patient with yourself.”

2024 Scholarship Recipient:

Scarlett Hickman

Scarlett graduated from Scituate High School where she excelled in choral and dramatic arts. She has been accepted into the Music and Technology program at SUNY Purchase College. To quote Scarlett: “As I embark on this exhilarating journey, I remain steadfast in my conviction that music can transcend boundaries, unite communities, and transform lives. This belief will continue to guide me as I carve out my path in the realm of music and beyond.”
